The ease of booking and sample collection was commendable. Staff behaviour was professional. While the accuracy seems fine, the report quality could be a bit more visually appealing. Timely delivery of results, which is important.

I found the accuracy of results very good, and the staff were helpful during my visit. The process was quite smooth. My only minor gripe is that I had to wait a bit longer than I anticipated for my turn, but otherwise, a positive experience.

Decent service. The staff were courteous, and the report was detailed enough for my doctor. Turnaround time was acceptable. The online portal for accessing reports could be a little more user-friendly, but the core service is good.
